About our OVERHAUL & REPAIR SERVICE (removal of the carburettors on the vehicle provided/included):
1. -> Pre-cleaning with special cleaner (from outside and inside)
2. -> Sandblasting all housing parts with walnut or glass bead granules
(Float housing, starter flap cover, throttle body parts, housing cover + small parts)
3. -> Cleaning in an ultrasonic bath with a special ultrasonic cleaner
4. -> Procurement of necessary spare parts (membranes, seals, float needle valves...)
5. -> Assembly according to manufacturer's instructions
6. -> Adjust (basic setting) according to the manufacturer's instructions
7. -> Installation on the vehicle
8. -> Synchronization with co-measurement
